We want each and every customer to be 100% satisfied with the products they purchase from Electrical Enterprise, you will have a 30 day money back guarantee.   All returns must be in new and original condition. We will not accept returns on special order items or tools.

 

Please call before returning any items to receive an RMA number, RMA numbers will remain active for 30 days after the date of issue.

 

Once received at our office, we will inspect the items to ensure its original condition and then issue you a full refund back to the original form of payment, or provide you with a store credit if preferred.

 

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchasing party. It is the customers’ responsibility to provide insurance on returned products prior to shipping any items. All products provided through electricalenterprise.com are “as-is”.
